1.Overview
Website design and development is custom work. Once we start planning and designing your Project, our time and effort cannot be reused for anyone else. For this reason, refunds depend on how much work has been completed when you cancel.
2.Cancellation Before Work Starts
If you cancel within 48 hours of making your advance payment and before any work has started, you will receive a full refund of the advance amount.
3.Cancellation After Work Starts
- Before homepage design approval: if you cancel after work has started but before you approve the homepage design, 50% of the advance amount will be refunded.
- After homepage design approval: once you approve the design and development begins, the advance payment is non refundable.
- After development is complete: amounts paid are non refundable, and the balance for completed work remains payable.
In all cases, we will hand over the design files and work completed up to the cancellation date, once all dues are cleared.
4.Landing Page Projects
Landing page projects are paid 100% in advance because they are delivered quickly. A full refund is available only if you cancel within 48 hours of payment and before work has started. After work starts, the payment is non refundable.
5.Third Party Costs
Payments made for domains, hosting, business email, premium themes, plugins, stock images, payment gateway setup and other third party products or services are non refundable, because these are paid to other companies and cannot be recovered.
6.Maintenance and SEO Plans
You can cancel a monthly maintenance or SEO plan at any time by informing us in writing. The cancellation applies from the next billing period. Payments already made for the current period are non refundable.
7.Cancellation by Us
If we are unable to deliver your Project for reasons on our side, we will refund the amount paid for work that has not been delivered. We may also cancel a Project if payments are not made on time, if the Project stays on hold for a long period, or if we are asked to create illegal, harmful or misleading content. In these cases, amounts paid for completed work are non refundable.
8.How to Request a Refund
To cancel a Project or request a refund, send a message on WhatsApp to +91 8733961822 or email contact@webandgrowth.com with your name, business name and Project details.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method or to a bank account you share with us.
9.Concerns and Disputes
If you are unhappy with any part of our work, please talk to us first. We will do our best to fix the issue fairly and quickly. This policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.
