Terms and Conditions

1.Definitions

"We", "us" and "our" mean Web & Growth, Ahmedabad. "Client" and "you" mean the person or business that uses our website or hires us. "Project" means the work described in your quote. "Quote" means the written proposal we send you with scope, timeline and price.

2.Our Services

We provide website design, website development, WordPress development, ecommerce website development, landing page design, website redesign, local SEO, website maintenance and related services. The exact scope of your Project, including pages, features and deliverables, is set out in your quote. Anything not listed in the quote is not included.

3.Quotes and Prices

Prices are not listed on our website. Your price is confirmed in your written quote. Quotes are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. Prices may change for new quotes, but the price in an accepted quote will not change unless the scope changes.

4.Payment Terms

• Landing page projects require 100% advance payment before work starts.
• Dynamic, WordPress, ecommerce and other website projects require 50% advance payment before work starts.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the website goes live on your domain.
• Work starts only after the advance payment is received.
• Applicable taxes, if any, will be added as shown in the quote or invoice.

5.Client Responsibilities

To deliver your Project on time, you agree to:

• Provide content, logo, images, product details and feedback within reasonable time.
• Make sure all content, images and materials you provide are owned by you or properly licensed, and do not break any law or third party rights.
• Give us the access we need to your domain, hosting or existing website.
• Review and approve designs and pages within reasonable time.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content on your website, including prices, offers and claims.

6.Timelines and Delays

We agree on an estimated timeline in your quote. Timelines depend on receiving your content, feedback and approvals on time. Delays in receiving these will extend the timeline. If a Project stays on hold for more than 30 days because we are waiting for you, we may treat it as paused and schedule it again when you are ready.

7.Revisions and Changes

Your quote includes a set number of revision rounds for design and content. Changes beyond this, new pages or new features that are not in the quote are extra work. We will tell you the cost and time for any extra work first, and only proceed after your approval.

8.Third Party Costs

Domain names, hosting, business email, premium themes or plugins, payment gateways, SMS or email services and similar third party products are provided by other companies. Unless your quote says they are included, their charges are separate and are paid directly or reimbursed by you. Payment gateway fees and third party renewals are also your responsibility.

9.Ownership and Intellectual Property

Once the full Project amount is paid, the final website design and the content created for you belong to you. Your domain will be registered in your name. We keep the right to reuse general code, methods and know how that are not specific to your business. Third party themes, plugins, fonts and images remain under their own licences.

Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may show your completed website in our portfolio and may add a small credit link in the website footer.

10.Launch, Support and Maintenance

After launch, we provide support as described in your quote. Ongoing updates, backups, security monitoring and content changes are covered under a separate maintenance plan. Without a maintenance plan, work after the support period is charged separately.

11.SEO and Results

We follow good SEO practices, but search rankings are controlled by search engines and depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, number of leads or sales. See our Disclaimer for more details.

12.Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business or data. Our total liability for any claim related to a Project is limited to the amount you paid us for that Project. We are not responsible for problems caused by hosting providers, third party plugins, payment gateways, changes made by you or others, or events outside our reasonable control.

13.Cancellation and Termination

Either party may end a Project by giving written notice. Refunds, if any, are handled as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. We may stop work if payments are not made on time, or if we are asked to create content that is illegal, harmful or misleading.

14.Use of Our Website

You may browse our website for your personal and business information. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse our website content, design or code without our written permission, or use the website in any way that is unlawful or harmful.

15.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith. If it cannot be resolved, the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat will have exclusive jurisdiction.

16.Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page applies to new Projects from the updated date. Accepted quotes continue under the terms that applied when they were accepted.
